ORDERS & RETURNS
Our jewellery is fully guaranteed against any defect in material or craftsmanship excepting any natural inclusions in stones and loss or accidental damage. Provided goods are returned as sold in the original packaging and with proof of purchase within 28 days, they can be exchanged or a full refund provided.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Purchasers returning goods due to defects in craftsmanship will be credited the return shipping cost once the defects are verified.
Once your order has been made we will send you an order confirmation with a unique order reference number, which we will use to track the progress of your order. You will also be sent order and dispatch confirmation emails at the time of ordering and shipping. Shipping is free for all UK orders over £75. Standard European Union shipping is £10.00
US/ Rest of the World shipping is £15.00
All of our prices are in GBP Sterling and payment should be made in this form through WorldPay or PayPal. Payment can also be made over the phone following discussions for more information. We reserve the right to change web site prices at any time. Once we have entered into a contract, the purchase price will stay the same even if the web site price has changed.
If the goods requested are unavailable, substitute goods will not be sent. You can request a stock alert email, so you’ll find out as soon as we have the item again.
You can update your account information at anytime by logging into your account. Your username is the email address with which you registered. If you lose your password, please click the forgotten password link to reset it and an email will be sent to you.
